MdC works on the Mexico side of the U.S. border serving migrant and refugee families, primarily from Southern Mexico and Central America, who have fled extreme poverty, violence, and/or dangerous environments.

Misión de Caridad (MdC) is a United States 501C3 non-profit organization, founded together by citizens in the United States and Mexico.

Our mission is to advocate, support, facilitate, and implement programs to improve the lives of women and children refugee, migrant, and local populations living on the Mexico side of the U.S. border to empower them to live self-sufficiently, free of the fear of persecution, violence, and extreme poverty.

MdC has a team living and serving in the border town of San Luis Rio Colorado in Sonora, Mexico. Check out our team here.
