Women’s Empowerment Work Program

Our women’s work program empowers women to earn a fair wage by making products in Mexico that we sell in the US.

MdC’s women’s work program is designed to provide a reliable and flexible source of income for women. Currently, women can work together during our Super Saturday program while their kids are engaged in activities, or they can work from home. When our Empowerment Center is completed, the goal is for women to work in the morning at our facility while their younger children attend our preschool readiness program and older kids attend our educational programs. In the afternoon, we will be providing educational opportunities for women to complete their primary and secondary education as well as learn English.
