Meet Elim!

Elim is a peaceful and energetic student who is entering 4th grade. With a love for volleyball, and creating his own dances, Elim is always on the move. His favorite subject is Science because he enjoys the experiments. Elim's favorite colors are blue and green, and his favorite food is green chilaquiles. When asked how Instituto Esperanza has helped him, Elim said “Before, I couldn’t pronounce the ‘r’ sounds, I didn’t know how to read, and I didn’t know how to count, but now I can do all of those things. The teachers help us to learn”. One day, Elim hopes to be a doctor to help people who are sick. At home, Elim lives with his mom and dad.
