Meet Itzy!

Itzy is a cheerful student who is entering 3rd grade. With a love for reading and playing soccer, Itzy keeps her mind and her body active. Her favorite subject is science because it’s creative and fun. Itzy's favorite color is purple, and her favorite food is sushi. When asked how Instituto Esperanza has helped her, Itzy said “They give us food and help us, and I have learned so much about math”. One day, Itzy hopes to become a teacher so she can teach other children how to read. At home, Itzy lives with her grandma, mom, dad, and sister.
